Want some new work/knocking about boots. Like the plain old Hobnail (without the nails)only know Lennons in the Peaks anyone else?

I use Scruffs workboots. Get them from builders merchants or plant hire places. Steel toe caps, excellent and cheap.

**** me ton they ain't cheap. Mind you if you've got ten years out of them then I guess that's not so bad.

all the game keeper/farmer types round us used to swear by 'hogs'. bit like hobnails but more comfortable

only place i can suggest to buy them is Eyre's Mill in The Peaks (Brough)
