Thinking of signing up to a local tennis club but mindful of being so crap that I won't continue it. Given this, where's a good place to pick up a cheap tennis racket? Bristol based if anyone has any ideas that aren't online...

Ask the wombles, they might have found some clearing up.

Hehe, Sports Direct is a good shout - had forgotten about that. It'll mean a trip into the hell that is Broadmead but at least I'll have some weapons on the way out. Thanks.

2nd SportsDirect. The mrs just picked up a very nice one for £30. Even the £20 ones were pretty good.

Ebay

Racquets sell for nothing on there.
