Can you suggest anywhere to buy some good quality kitchen knives. I was going to buy a global set from Costco for about £200 but only need two knives so thinking to,spend the same but get better knives. Cheers

Two options: Wusthof or Zwillings Henckels. You only need a chef's knife (8") and veg knife (4"). Anything else is fancy waistcoats.

Go on Nisbets online, I tend to buy nearly everything from them as I've been using them for about 20 years, free next day delivery as well, think they have Gastav sets at £200 or a little more for Wusthof which I use myself, built to last Wusthof that's why we've them in the kitchen at home as well.
