Looking at ebay is usually good for getting a pretty rough estimation
http://www.popsike.com/ is a site that allows you to search past ebay vinyl sales - v v handy for evaluations
http://www.gemm.com is a site that searches lots n lots n lots of record stores all over the world so great for searching out prices
If you've got any funk, soul, hip hop, reggae etc you're going to be selling, I'd be more than keen to have a look a the list
Cheers
2nd gemm.com
gemm's good (see above) but I'd also have a look at musicstack and discogs to triangulate and work out a 'best guess'. Be warned, sometimes people's expectations of grading scales can be merciless.
Just checked my Nivana LP Bleach on the tupelo lable white vinyl $700
I knew it wasn't a missed spent youth
If you manage to find a copy of frank Wilsons 'Do I Love You' then you are in the money.
An original copy sold for £25,742.00 on ebay in April.
