For me, R5 or various internet blues stations.

For STW I reckon 6 music. Don't forget, middle-class IT geeks still have an interest in music. If we were fat aging bankers it would be R4.

we would not have a radio station as we would just argue about which station was on. Someoen would then take the radio away to stop arguments whilst we debated whose shoes to wee in

+1

We're all far too fiercely individual to agree on anything that doesn't involve bike parts.

That's quite a statement. Have more than 2 people on here ever agreed on bike parts? I must have missed that ๐Ÿ˜‰

Given the amount of arguing and whinging, radio 5 or other phone-in dominate station.

I was referring more to users' perception of themselves than the reality.

Radcliffe & maconie are just getting funnier everyday. Huey Morgan must get a mention as well. Apart from keavney in the morning I can listen to 6 all day and not have to turn it over.
Planet Rock is good but I have to tune out when the spandex hair bands get played.
Radio 2 plays a good selection as well just not as good as 6.

All BBC for me.

Mostly 4 and 4 extra during the day.
6, 2 and 3 for music and 5 for sport, Danny Baker & Fighting Talk.

Rock FM occaisionally, but it's always the same dozen or so tracks.
