[Closed] What's the name of that type of tape.........

.....it's like insulating tape, but more stretchy. You unpeel it from the roll, then have to take the back off. It's handy for things where you'd use zip-ties but want more security. For example mounting computers to handlebars. You wrap the tape round about half a dozen times, stretching it as you do so, then when you pull the zip ties tight they press the computer into the tape and lock it in place.

I've been given some before, but can't for the life of me remember the name and the interweb hasn't helped.

Any clues? Sorry for the rambling waffle.
