Silent Witness

Jesus wept..... I know it's all subjective but silent witness is almost comically bad. We keep trying to watch it ("it really can't be that bad, can it?") and having to switch it off midway through.

"have you spent the last 1hr 50 minutes trying to figure out who the murderer is from the available characters? Wrong! Here is a new character that we are introducing 5 minutes before the end, who was the one what done it"

Last weeks was particularly frustrating - lots of characters, lots of sub-plots going on...... "this is good - I can't figure out who did it - can't wait to have it all revealed". Turns out, it was exactly the plot from "strangers on a train", ie: there was absolutely no connection between the murderer and the victims, in fact the murderer wasn't even introduced until the last minute..... it was all just a random bloke that you didn't know existed.

Honestly - Death in Paradise is better.
