What does everyone favour as a mid ride morsel? I tend to go for a Twix, usually bought in order to get change for parking. On the other hand, a mate often brings out half a pork pie, along with a jar of mustard. If I'm prepared, a jam sandwich is the prime choice.

Tend to stick to just Tangfastics. A bag will keep me going pretty much all day. Might throw in a flapjack or a Mars if I remember. Always have an emergency energy gel floating around the bottom of the bag. Probably years out of date now...

whatever cereal bar is on offer in morrisons, with the occasional proper "energy" bar thrown in...and an extra energy gel if it's hard going

if i'm on a ride where i'm likely to stop i like to have something made by ginsters in there, right now i'm loving the limited edition pork and apple pasties 🙂

Nature Valley bars - doesn't matter if they get crushed, they turn into museli in a packet.

Faux Snickers bars from Lidl - pack of eight for £1.50

Flapjack - if I've been living up to my name.

Anyone else hungry?

I've got a mate who can eat anything mid ride I swear he could eat a full on roast and carry on as normal where as I have to be careful what I eat as I end up seeing again. So it's something boring like Clif bars or Torq bars, Can't handle chocolate or anything to sweet.
