My mouse has died and it looks like Logitech have updated it and made it worse. What would STW for a half decent mouse with a similar shape for under £50?
Use it for CAD, Adobe and office stuff, needs to be accurate.
Recently Logitech have re-released the MX518 - a mouse legendary for its ergonomics and long-term reliability and comfort:

(Ignore Logitech's pricing, can be found much cheaper in the usual places)
It's billed as a gaming mouse but thats just marketing. I had one back in the day and they truly deserve the 'legendary' status.
Other than that, the other 'MX' series mice I've always heard good things from design/CAD folks, however I've never used them.
I think Marathon was re-branded to Snickers a while ago.....
