Walking along the street, came across a massive steaming dog turd lying on the ground. Unfortunately not that rare an occurance around here, but lying next to it was a poo bag.
Someone must have literally gone to pick it up, seen it was a bit runny and left a bag for someone else to do it for them..

Maybe it was human poo and they had OCD about using the correct bag.
Honestly, the assumptions people make on this forum. What is wrong with some people.

Maybe it was in the bag, but fell out of the nearby tree it was hanging in, and the turd rolled out?

Or maybe the dog seen an empty poo bag and tried it's best to aim one in there narrowly missing the target.
