Me, I have a torn hamstring, a nice bit of haematoma in one of my quad muscles, a painful clicky hip, a torn tricep, and some torn muscles in my neck. I put it down to not enough biking.

What you got?

Just recovered from a Torn Achilles. Started off as Tendinopathy, then went pop. Still sore when walking after surgery but it's getting there. Back at work which is good.

Just the usual collection of bruises and leg scabs. My wife says my legs look like those of an accident prone toddler!
Oh, and the badly healed broken shoulders and ribs.

NOTHING! ... at the moment. If I don't count scabs and aches. Still get many hospital outpatient reminder letters though. Have a bit of form there.

No big hero injuries here! Just had 3 stitches out following a minor disagreement with blackthorn. I had plastic surgery and still look just as ugly but I have a really neat scar on my leg forming

Nothing major but I got fairly punished last week for trying to race with a not-healed arm/hand injury, arm folded up and threw me over the bars and now I've still got the old injury, plus some bruised ribs, and a mystery agonising muscle thing in my back. So no properly functioning hands.

Oh and one of the scabs just came off and there's ooze everywhere

My left eyelid has swelled up so that I can hardly open it (probably some grit in there), my right pinky has not recovered from mallet finger and I have a bit of a groin strain, oh, the joys of mountain biking.

Another knee injury here, getting on for four years now.. It often starts to show signs of improvement, until I actually ride as much as I'd like..

It's pretty sore again at the moment after Thursday evening, so no riding again til after the weekend for me realistically speaking ๐Ÿ™

Tendonitis in my Achilles. Been dragging on for about 5 months now.

Currently having shockwave therapy (jeepers that hurt!) and seems to be responding positively at last

Hip mostly. Clicks, flippin' sore - sciatic nerve / bursitis / generally all to pot on RHS. Can't get out on bike. Not great walking. No biking means poor esteem; lack of social contact into the bargain.

Ggrrr.

INdex finger right hand
Pinky left hand

Cannot close them or make a fist or play guitar
Can only descend so far before I need to stop- i have to use the rockers grip as i do one finger braking and have to have my pink out straight as well....lets rock

Slowly getting better and an annying hindrance rather than life changing

For the Achilles injury people. Did you ride while it was sore? Still get morning pain but it eases after an hour. Not tried cycling yet. The Tendinopathy started May then went bang mid June, surgery end of June. Spent 6 weeks in a orthopaedic boot and physio twice a week.

My thigh muscle is sore, I have a huge spot on my neck and my banjo string is red raw because the wife didn't get herself warmed up last night.

Recovering from lower back pain due to some sort of trapped nerves. At one point I could not move, sleep or sit without incurring pain.

At the moment my left leg is slightly weak with constant feel of it likely to get numb but it does not get numb. A bit like having the sensation of minor numbness due electricity passing through it ... ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

One of my fingers is till a little sore from rugby about 3 weeks ago... And then I appear to have gone through what was left of my cruciate ligament at training on Monday. Got a meeting with the specialist on Friday so will see what's what there. Looks like I'll be hanging my boots up at the tender age of 23 ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Still at least it gives me more Saturdays to get out on the downhill bike I've just ordered. Silver linings and all that!

Mild tendonitis in left knee.

Severe pain in right knee, but strangely only when I kneel on it.

Think I did the latter by falling off a balance beam in the park.

Too bloody many to list in full :-/
Nerve impingement in neck, loss of sensation in right arm/hand
Torn radial ligament in right forearm plus multiple scarring
Impingement in both wrists
Grade 6-7 pain in lower spine permanently
Right hip joint out again
Right ankle beginning to fuse itself
That's without the other older injuries, scar tissue, nerve damage, etc...

Never was so much given by so many for the enjoyment of something so beautiful!

Me - currently not quite recovered from a broken back following a head plant against the opposite wall of a steep bomb hole in "Softy Surrey" in September last year.

Burst fractured T5,6,7 (consultant surgeon: "I'm afraid you've done a real job on your back, Mr Dudley"). Titanium internal brace will not be coming out.

Hohum. Back to full speed in the spring I hope, although I have been told that for someone who has a bus pass, I ought to be thinking about slowing down a bit...

Achilles tendinopathy in both legs - over a year since I last ran but I've kept up the cycling and cut back on hills and hard training, just had saline injections in one and it appears to have reduced the scarring/swelling, waiting for the other one to be done and sticking to the 180 eccentric stretches a day.

"piedi di formaggio" - I would be interested in hearing how the shockwave therapy goes as that's one of my next options.

Left LCL injury, caused by an opposition player clipping me during an ice hockey game.

The guy was thrown from the game, whereas I've been off the ice since August. Not a fair swap but all part of the game.

Hoping to get the all-clear to get back in my skates next week.

Plantar Fasciitis, ruining my bloody life.
The usual torn knee ligament
Tennis elbow, which compared to the other 2 isn't noticeable!

Athletes Foot. And some random bruises and grazes that
I assume are the result of cycling home last night in the fog after 5 pints of Stella Black. Off road chaps!!!!

Just my little finger with some torn bits after it bent back too far.
Curls up a little funny. Wife thinks it is broken because she wants to see the nurse re-break it with a toffee hammer like happened to a mate that ignored an achy little finger. His did go a bit sideways too though.
