My son is 12 going on 13.

For Christmas as one of his gifts I'd like to get him a pair of half decent headphones. Say around £30 as he's getting plenty other things.

He likes the look of Headcandy but I have no idea if they are any good as I'm an older chap who grew up with Sennheiser and the likes. Plus I'm fed up with him pinching mine....

What are the best over the ear headphones around this price point?

Thanks

These are good enough, though not sure how/where he'll use them... ie, not outdoors 😉

or even these, £1 over budget 🙂

I use these (^) at home, sound quality is excellent and a very good buy for a smidge over £30 IMO... doubt he'll be dissapointed.

Hth.

Have you seen the size of headphone people actually wear out on the streets?
Desperately sad individuals trying to look like Tim Westwood. And failing.
