[Closed] What golf rules do you think should be changed?

What golf rules do you think should be changed?

I'm wondering what golf rules you feel should be changed? I don't really have any strong opinions but I have heard some opinions that I can relate to:

1. You hit a great drive, walk up to the ball and what do you know. It's in a divot. Some people think this should be played as "ground under repair." What do you guys think?

2. OB results in a penalty of stroke and distance. A lot of people don't understand why you are penalized with both.

Now, this isn't a thread to organize some kind of grass roots efforts to get these rules changed. I just wanted to see what you all think about these two rules and if you have any rules you would like to add.
