Just be sure to find a proper physiotherapy place, not somewhere down a darkened alley that offers 'happy finishes'.
I've managed to offend my mother over xmas.
She text me on Saturday morning saying she was going xmas shopping and what did I want. I replied saying that I honestly didn't want or need anything and she'd just be buying me something for the sake of it. I asked that she take whatever she was going to spend on me and donate it to Shelter instead.
She is now in a huff with me...
