I've got a muscle twitch at the top of my leg on the outside of the thigh, not sure what muscle it is but was sondering what causes them?

dehydration,
over exercise,
drug overdose (this includes caffine)

probably....

Thanks, think it's a mixture of all three (too much coffee) probably not helping the de-hydration

I got some serious twiches in my calf muscle at a 12 hour race a couple of weeks ago and it totally freaked out the woman giving me a massage.
She wanted to leave me alone after that but I (err) made her carry on...

That sounded bad didn't it

No happy ending this time... ๐Ÿ˜ณ
