46 pears picked off my pear tree today and more still on it. What can I make with them all. Conference variety.
Anyone got a decent recipe I can use please?

Perry ? apparently all good cider farmers had a corner of their orchard set aside for pears as its a better quality drink than cider.

Or pear wine.
You could also make a pear jelly, then flavour it with mint or sage and have it as an accompaniment for food.
