Stood here in the kitchen grating cheese for the ridiculous chili pasta combo thing we've decided to cook it dawned on me there ain't many. Fresh air on the bike being one and freshly squeezed orange juice the other. No matter what though I'd still go with the chees...

Vegan grub for me..

I'm not a vegan or even a vegetarian but I love a heavy hearty bowl of nicely flavoured and seasoned raw veg.. And I am just cooking up a lovely squash dhal 🙂

Gravy. Better for me than the pie its smothering. Mushy peas beetroot and pickled onions also neatly slot in to this group

Olives.

Oooh, and fresh ( I mean just had the jaggy bits sliced off fresh) pineapple - 89 p each in Aldiss right now and I could eat two in a oner*

And then some olives.

* I did this last week and I can report something akin to the picolax thread. Luckily, I work from home and so long as you don't strain while on the mobile to colleagues, no one is any the wiser.

Fruit salad.

Made with mostly grapes.

Okay, only with grapes "Cool'd a long age in the deep-delved earth..."

Well, I guess you'd call it wine.

Fine Wine/Good Beer/Good Whisky
Slow Cooked Food
Fat
A proper breakfast

bad is a very subjective word, all in moderation are fine and the pleasure from eating occasionally should offset any perceived bad.

curry, beer, roast dinners, granola, sausages, bacon. Basically all food and drink, apart from the rare stuff I don't like. None of it's bad for you in moderation (and just about everything is in excess).
