Ordered some mudguards from CRC last week sometime and was getting a bit frustrated waiting for their delivery yesterday so i tracked my parcel through the Parcel force website..
Apparently it was still in Belfast Central being 'forwarded for processing' last update 16/10/2014 on an express48 service..
Hmm, not being satisfied I contacted Parcelforce using their contact form and received a [i]very[/i] apologetic email this morning, stating that they didn't know what the delay had been and they were very sorry and it was being dealt with and that they were very sorry and my parcel would be delivered to me tomorrow and they were very [i]very[/i] sorry..
A quick look on their track n trace page this morning indicates that my parcel is indeed on it's way.. result!
Crap service perhaps, but impressive customer service..
Just wanted to share cos it fair warmed the cockles of me little black heart so it did 🙂
