I've been experimenting with different 'flavours' of potato wedges, different combinations of herbs and spices.
Looking for more inspiration. What have you got?
Tried adding cinnamon yet?

Creole seasoning and oil goes well.
Talcum powder. Will look like snow, innit.
Cut them a bit smaller, then try some salt and a little vinegar.
Wedges?

I see you've settled well into Burnley already.
Blue dragon sweet chilli dipping sauce on the wedges before cooking.
Serve with Sour cream dip.

We use rape seed oil (gets a nice crisp) but you could try experimenting with other oils too for flavour.
Salt & Pepper
Chilli flakes
Thyme
Rosemary + salt and pepper
Smoked paprika + pepper
Fennel seeds + Thyme
