I'm after a speaker for the shower. Does such a thing, which meets these requirements exist?
Waterproof, obvs!!
Battery operated - with decent battery life
Works with the Google assistant.
Ideally with some kind of suction mount as we are devoid of shelves in the shower, not a deal breaker though
Decent sound but not expecting HiFi
Not megabucks
I sometimes use a JBL Clip4 in the shower.
No suction mount but you can clip it onto the hose/rail anything.

Non waterproof speaker outside shower!
The Sony XB-13 speaker is waterproof and the sound quality is far better than anything that size has a right to be no suction but you can hang it off stuff. They’re a bombproof little thing. We’ve got a couple of them
Re the how long? Ages. I'm retired, so never rushing to work in the morning. I like to luxuriate in the shower and take yonks over it. Often a couple of times a day if I've had a muddy ride or gym trip. Listening to some music, news or a podcast would make a pleasant part of my day even more so. YMMV. Thanks to those who offered suggestions, I will check them out 👍

The Anker ones are decent price, a good sound , rechargeable and will cope with a bit of water.
