I have a USB modem stick - looks identical to the UK one, and has its own SIM here in NZ (on contract as its a work 3G connection). When I am in the UK can I buy a prepay/payg data SIM and stick it in ? Have had a hunt and all i can find is buying the actual USB stick again and that seems a tad pointless ? Has to payg as I only need it for mobile access every trip which is roughly every 2.5 months just now and where i stay has no broadband.
