Just ripping some DVDs to VOB using DVDDecrypter but also want to take a compressed copy on my netbook on the train.
I have 20x c.2GB VOB files (3x TV series) and would like to set the PC running while Im out today.
Any freeware Batch converters you guys can recommend? Im currently using a single file converter - works well, but needs user input each time.
(NOT Handbrake: This is for PC and VOB conversion, not DVD or TS_VIDEO folders)
Handbrake can import individual files, such as .vob, .avi, .mkv etc.

will go look. The only info I found implied only DVD or TS_VIDEO source files.
BTW does it def include a batch controller?
You have to import the files singularly at the start. So it would go:
Import file
Choose Setting
Click add to library
if you keep the same settings for every file then you just hitting import/add to library
repeat
When done hit the start button on the library window.
Cheers Jamie - install went well and quick and have set up a queue.
Will press go in a a few minutes when the CPU has finished with the last decrypt.
I assume if you dont decrypt first you need to allow it to download the VLC codecs first?
