Just walked down the factory floor at work and noticed a push-along floor cleaning / polishing machine.
Product name - NilFisk 101 from Scrubtec.
That's not a good name is it?
No I think NilFisk is a good name. And I like Scrubtec. ๐

There you go Derek. You've as good as christened Elfins first two offspring. I just hope that little NilFisk and Scrubtec don't come looking for you in later life when they realise it was all your fault
*shudders at the thought of how Fred's offspring might turn out*
No I think NilFisk is a good name. And I like Scrubtec
But which one does Fred prefer? Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.

Just spotted another crap name in the kitchen.
A coffee perculator thing called a Bravilor Bonamat Mondo 2 !!
That makes the the floor cleaner sound like Chevrolet Camaro.
So you're not very busy at work then ?
Don't Specialized do a bike called "Epic"?

I hope you wash your hands afterwards.
Thinking about it, NilFisk sounds like a Linux disk that's error-free.

I used to date a Swedish girl and had a slight misunderstanding over an aerosol can of body spray she had left on the coffee table.
I naturally assumed the worst, but I was assured that the word meant "Fog" in Swedish.
Printed on the side of the can in two inch high letters was the word "VAG".
Lincoln Muddy Buddy Magic Mud Kure Cream

Chevrolet Nova.
Anyone with a basic grasp of Spanish knows that No Va means "doesn't go". Anyone except the marketing department at GM, apparently.
I think they may have learned from that, hence Vauxhall Nova became Opel Corsa in the European market
I understand Toyota's MR2 was never a big seller in France...

It's true about the MR2. It was branded the MR in France
