I want to give some cash as a gift to my brother. Whilst I have his personal email address, I don't know if this is the one he uses for paypal.
paypal are sneeky when sending money to an email address they have no account associated with it. The chheky buggers hold onto the money for 30 days and then give it back.
Now, who would have thought they'd do a realtime check when you make payment to a given email address.
Anyone, aware of another method without having to ask my bro?

Put cheque in the post?
That way, if he never receives it you can at least cancel it.
