Been following STW for sometime, but never got around to posting, and now I am - purely for selfish reasons!
I am attempting to cycling across the USA in 26 days...solo.....and unsupported. I've knocked up a website with the help of iweb, it's a work in progress but i'll be adding content before I go, and updating the site throughout my ride.
The original ideal was just for friends to follow my progress, however while this is not a charity event, I have decided it would be a good opportunity to raise some cash for a couple of charities that are close to home (Brecon Mountain Rescue Team and Cystic Fibrosis Holiday Fund) so if you know anyone that may want to support either charity, or just want to find out a little more please check out my site.
Times are hard I know, if nothing else you might get a little bit inspired to challenge yourself.
