Singletrack has been there for all sorts of odd requests in the past so maybe it can help with this one. Due to unforseen circumstances, (which have a good story behind them that I'll tell later), I have arrived in Swansea with my pregnant wife and two dogs, to find ourselves homeless. The house we had arranged over the internet turned out to be a shithole which we'd been totally lied to about.
Does anyone know of any properties within 15 miles of swansea they or contacts might have to rent? We're getting nowhere with letting agents who don't seem to give a shit, so maybe word of mouth will get us something right and quickly...
Need a 3 bed house, that has an enclosed rear garden, and garage/shed to put the bike collection in. Not on a main road either as kid on the way.
Anyone got any ideas/contacts/houses? Would look at Neath, Skewen, Llanelli as well as Swansea, but not Porttalbot!

Tidy place on a newish estate, 7 miles from Swansea city centre (apparently), very close to M4, etc.

Bit far out your way probably, but think work have a farm house empty near Ystradfelte.
Will ask the guy I work with tomorrow too as he lives on the north side of the Gower.
