How do I upload pics on here please ?,I seam to
be struggling cos I'm thick !.
You can't upload pics here, you need to host them somewhere else first
imgur.com
You host them on somewhere like photobucket, imgur, flickr etc and then copy the link into the post.
It's explained quite well in the forum help link at the top...
Upload to Photobucket from your computer, then click on the appropriate photo in your library; you'll see a chainlink icon at the top and you'll get something that looks remarkably like this, where you tap on the bit that says IMG Code (Tap to copy)

You then just tap into the post text box at the bottom and paste when asked to, and you'll get your photo.
Flickr is a bit more complicated.

Google+ is easy, right-click on the pic, select "copy image url"
Paste that into the IMG box on here-
