my friend's mother does this, she's Danish and bonkers.
She did a sand painting thing at her daughter's wedding. One of the most touching things i've ever seen. Entire audience was in floods of tears. I was supposed to be photographing the occasion and was struggling to see through the viewfinder with my eyes filling up.
