ok, i'm trying to utilise twitter to promote my music. i've been putting url links to tracks on soundcloud and adding hashtags for the appropriate genres of music - #reggae, #dub etc but for some reason i can't see the tweet if i search on that hashtag. if i tweet without a url link and add the same hashtag i can find the tweet by searching.
other people seem to be adding urls with hashtags so what am i doing wrong ?

Don't hashtag searches filter to top tweets by default?
On the desktop site this appears above the results, just click all
Tweets Top / All / People you follow
