7:30 my watch started beeping with notifications of the sales team realising what problems they'd made for themselves (and trying to offload them onto others.) Its going to be a hot week so its time to chill it out at the start.

Listen to Phil Taggart's "The Chillest Show".

It is live on BBC R1 on Sunday nights, but we usually listen to it on Mondays over dinner via Iplayer.

Nice mix of relaxed hip hop, electronic, ambient, classical and a few surprises. Old and new.

Each week he has a 30minute mix by a guest. Previous guests have included Hot Chip, Metronomy, Loyle Carner, Foals, The 1975, Thom Yorke and many more.
