So I go to post my classified parts to day, including one pair of easton handlebars in the original box.
Dimensions 74cm x 9cm x 3cm
However as it's not tube shaped I cannot post it recorded delivery even though it's less than the stated maximum dimensions, it has to go parcel post, £12!
Anybody know why this is?
All this dispite the fact I sent a fork box last week recorded delivery.
Anyhow jobsworth title goes to the picky lady behind the PO counter today.

Tip, roll the box up in bubble wrap then wrap that in parcel paper, makes it more cylindrical innit.
Though I've posted parcels recorded before, never had an issue?
