So sorry not to have informed folks but the Tod Jesters have stood up to the mark this year. The Moot has been canclled.
We'll sort out whether the useless brigands will ever step up to the mark by the end of June 2009.

Todmorden are our local town adverseries and should be chastised/mocked at all times. I'm from Hedben Bridge 5 miles down the Calder valley. The competition betwen us has been going on for 100 years approx.

Thanks for your enquiry and I;d love to see you, COme up anyway and I will show you a good time!!! and you can stay at our house.

Otherwise we'll await further direction from the secretary Jonathan the Jester
I like the sound of the Pram day in Salisbury (contact Jonathan) since I often throw my toys out.

P.S. whos the president of the guild I think hes a toffee nose waste of cats poo who's not done anything funny at all since I was mooted and I'd like to challenge him or her to call a Jesters tournament to sort the matter out.

TODMORDEN MOOT 2009

Hi Andy!

Is the Moot still going ahead?

I have finally managed to get the day off work and called Jonathan The Jester to see if he was going?

He's under the impression that it ain't going ahead!

Although I'm not a jester, I would like to attend in my capacity as a minstrel (in a moment of jester madness, at Huntingdon, I was voted in as Official Minstrel To The Guild).

Any chance of an update and if it IS going ahead I can let JJ know too as he'll be coming!
