I went to a topless bar once, it was terrible.

The rain kept getting in my beer.

Respect big man,
I had a couple of days in ICCU last year and thought I'd had it rough, puts things into perspective doesn't it.
All the best to you and the family

Cheers all. Family have been amazing really. We've two boys, one and four years old. How my wife managed is beyond me. Had a first birthday party in intensive care. The staff were truly amazing.

Humbling read. Couldnt help but notice you were donating to a place based in Sunderland? Are you local to them?
Im just back from a week stay in Sunderland General with a broken hip (im only bloody 25!) Only 6 weeks off the bike for me now and it feels an age. Anyway, I'll see you at Cyclone.
All the best!

Feel free to.
By the way, the Sunderland ICCU is the intensive care unit at the hospital.

I remember passing by the ICCU on the way down for CT scans and X rays. Often thanking my lucky stars I wasn't in there! All the best anyway. You'll be fighting fit in no time.

Cheers.

I've had a few bits of response from people with GBS and it's makes my silly little ramblings worth while.

Thanks for reading.
