I kept it below 2000 calories. After a long time of feeling like shit, you have no idea how good this makes me feel.

The first day of the rest of my life. Or at least the next fitness stage.

Well, that's yesterday behind me, then, and another during which I was able to keep it under 2000 calories.

I have already started to lose that terrible, bloated feeling.

Of course, I've been invited out for a pint tonight, so I'll either have to avoid going, or spend the day fasting...
