Unfortunately I need to return my custom messenger for a warranty job - only 11 months old and the fancy reflective material is peeling away (not really up to the job, tbh. The rest is great).
A bit loathed to have to return all the way to the yanks as I'm sure they won't pay return/shipping costs (which is another annoyance about the whole thing...)
So, is there a uk front to the firm I could post to here? There was a mention in the timbuk2 blog, but nil else and google comes up empty....

Try the importer, but remember that if they tell you where to go they are in the right. Your contract is directly with Timbuk2 not the importer.
