I have just opened mu tickets for a gig in feb and ticketmaster have put a couple more with someones name and adress on.

I have tried to contact TM but after typing all thats needed into the contact page, it just said cant send as there is an error!
got fed up with that!

Should I just send them on to the chap or will TM have already cancelled the tickets? I would hate someone to miss a gig they have paid for

Anyone else had this? what did you do?

give em a ring? Or look the person up in the online phonebook (somehwere on bt.com)? Or just post them, with a note saying they can buy you a pint 😉

Send them back along with an invoice for your handling fee and a postage charge for both tickets even though they've both been sent in the same envelope.

Charge them a booking fee! That'll learn them!

If you can't back through by phone, send them back to ticketmaster. I'd enclose a letter asking for your return postage & costs to be refunded (I'd do it by Special delivery).
