Anyone ever seen one through to the end? How did it go? How much did it cost you? Was it worth it?
I see there's one out now that will end up with a functional 3d printer!

How many issues are there in the Build The Millennium Falcon series?

Mrs Matts stepdad did the one for a RC car, think it ended up costing him about £550-600 for what is essentially a shoddy £200 RC car + stack of crappy magazines. He has never used it.
