If I don't know the number then I generally don't answer and see if someone leaves a message. If someone withholds their number then I'll NEVER answer.

I'm sure someone who is being paid to talk to you really gives a damn.
Given they're usually on targets for calls AND sales made, they probably DO care.
It isn't even about them giving a damn, I just enjoy it for myself.
But as has been said, time is their money and it will look really bad if they show up with long calls not resulting in sales too. 🙂
