"Samstag Abend - Realität und Fiktion" is indeed "Saturday Evening - Reality and Fiction" in german.

the last bit is in danish and tranlates to "Ist es an der Zeit nach Haus zu kommen?" in german which loosely means "is it now the time to come/go home?"
