Is it the new detectorists?Seems pretty damn good stuff to me.I think that young lad in it has a touch of comedy genius about him.Hope they make another series soon.

It is brilliant, perhaps slightly biased by being from the west country.  The lines with mis-used words are genius!  First series was brilliant, this latest one is on a par.  My only request is that they need an episode where Kurtan and Kerry go to IKEAwl to get some new cushion covers for the vicar's birthday.  Kurtan will lose his little pencil and paper, then worry that they don't have the right pattern, Kerry will probably go to the cafe and get lost/stuck in a lift.  Kerry's dad will have given them a lift on the way to a job/dodgy deal and then have gone to the pub to wait, got hammered and doesn't collect them.  They have to ring the vicar who arrives and the birthday surprise is ruined.

I watched an episode but there was something I just couldn't connect with. Can't really put my finger on what it was, just couldn't get into the characters.

On the other hand, I watched the whole series of Lee And Dean and was immediately hooked. Great acting and writing.

Peeping Tom was absolutely hilarious. The flight simulator was genius.

Love this, the scarecrow competition is immense...

I thought the way they ended the latest series was heartbreaking, unless Kerry does the right thing.

yeah it took me a few attempts before I could warm to it. but I kept being told how good it is so tried again and now I think its great... Peeping Tom was the one that caught me!

maybe I need to do the same with Lee & Dean because I thought the first episode was shite.

Just watched the first one. Hadn't realised someone was putting together a Gareth Keenan origins series.
