For the second time I have broken one of my Garmin GPS devices. The fist time I fell off and cracked the screen and it only cost me £35 to send it to Garmin and get it fixed, this time I had a problem with battery coming lose so I tried to bend the battery connectors to make the contact stronger, but I snapped one of them, then I tried to get it out to fix it and snapped the other one 🙁 what a div.

I contacted customer services and they are going to send out a new part for free...

If Carlsberg did customer services it would be Garmin customer services...
