UPDATE: CLASSIFIEDS section refreshed, redesigned, searchable: Go take a look
It was funny hearing the Palace fans singing 'say hello to Millwall' at them, as well as the usual 'can we play you every week?' 🤣
Where have this Forest team been hiding all season?
Hopefully West Aaaaaam will hit a similar bit of form to see Spurs accompany Burnley and Wolves into the Championship
What a weekend it's been. Relegation places in the Premier League still nowhere near being settled, but the result of the day (so far) has to belong to York – they just needed a draw against Rochdale to be promoted to League 2. Five minutes (of six added on) into injury time it was still 0-0, then Rochdale grabbed a winner and the ground went mental (home game for Rochdale) – after several minutes, the ground staff managed to get the crowd off the pitch for the game to resume, with just a minute for them to play out, then somehow York grabbed an equaliser! Crackers.
Arsenal are incredibly passive.
Three points, clean sheet, job done? City failed to boost their goal difference v Burnley in the week and scraped through against Southampton today. It’s going to the last day!
To be fair to City that was pretty much a second string eleven and they looked very rusty until the big guns came on
Hearts just keep managing to eke out the wins. Motherwell beat the Billy Boys playing total football and Celtic are maybe starting to come into some form. Going to be an exciting three weeks!
Yep, had Hearts not won that against 9 men the bottler jibes would have begun. Great for them to win away, and at Hibs, as their away form has been poor of late.
This PSG Bayern game is shaking up to be a bit of a classic
It's on another level.

Amazing first half, though I've one eye on the game at Southampton.
Ooft! This is mental
Not much defending going on! It’s great stuff.
They both play in leagues that they totally dominate so probably aren't used having to defend.
Loved that - what entertainment! What exciting attacking play, all good fun
Not sure the other semi will be as open!
I'm sure they were just preparing us for the cynical 0-0 that well get tonight.
They really need to sort this handball rule out soon as its ruing the game. Should return to the 80's when if you picked the ball up and ran with it, it might be a handball.
The cardigan man has gone.
So will a European giant swoop in for Parker a la Vincent Kompany?
Real Madrid are likely to be looking for a manager and are apparently keen on Mourinho, which should be fun to watch.
Wonder if Newcastle are cooked now the Saudis seem done with sports washing? They’ve pulled the LIV golf funding.

Spuds will be gutted they missed out.
So, the Tractor Boys have bounced straight back up. I was not expecting that at the start of the season. The decision to stand by McKenna rather than panic at the relegation was proved correct. He's delivered 3 promotions (and one relegation) in 4 years. Must be on the radar for Premier League clubs going forwards.
Not convinced Arsenal's win yesterday deserved the excitement it got on MOTD. They did at least look like they finally cared.
Well that was an awful lot twitchier than it should have been. We let them back into it with two absolute howlers, where that should have been done and dusted in the first half

Or for Spuds, to try and get them out of the Championship

Who be fair, it’s been a good while since they scored a goal from open play
Massive game in Edinburgh tonight. If Hearts can win then it's going to be very difficult for Rangers and I think Hearts have to try and win the league before the final match.
I'm now genuinely torn who I want to get that third PL relegation spot. All 3 deserve to go down because of awful owners, but I quite like all 3 current managers.
Went to Charlton Saturday for the WSL2 showdown between Charlton and Birmingham - I think that might be the best we've played all season, winning 2-0 against the league leaders (best home record in the division), with a 3-5-2 we haven't used all year! Fair play Amy Merrick, Blues are going up! 🙂
And chin up, Charlton - you should stuff Leicester and then we'll see you again next year. 🙂
Everton don't mind kicking other teams.
Can we all just take a moment to have a right old laugh at Chelsea. Absolutely tonked by a second string Forest side today. Looks like they’re in complete freefall at the moment
City bottling it!?
Rangers out of it now, surely? But can spoil Celtic’s chances next weekend.
Still a big ask for city. A few years ago I'd say the Arsenal would get caught, not so sure as this city team are not quite so imperius.
^I think I'll stick with this.^ Good game though.
Yep, your post has aged well. They’re good - but not a patch on the side that regularly hoovered up 100 odd points.
It's not a great Rangers team but Celtic are still misfiring so it could go either way but you'd make Celtic favourites for that match. It's a big weekend, it won't be easy for Hearts against Motherwell.
As a Celtic fan,if you had told me when Nancy got the sack that Celtic would be in contention for the title in early May. I'd have said you were batshit mental.
The way it's going at the moment in both the relegation & championship race it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if West Ham go & beat Arsenal.
Absolutely not over yet, we will definitely drop points, especially away to West Ham.

Yep - I am thinking the same

Paddy Powers social media has been ripping Chelsea in exactly those terms
Well fair play to Arsenal - I think if they play well they can beat either PSG or Bayern... Will be interesting to see how they play tonight.
I slightly disagree with the they're fresher as their leagues aren't as tough, it also means they aren't hardened against decent opposition.
Good luck to the MOTD crew trying to find any highlights from that United v Sunderland match.
Absolutely bloody awful!
Nevermind, you can watch Motherwell v Hearts at 8pm.
Well, Reading have finished 12th, mid table obscurity personified.
Is that a good point for Hearts? I guess the result tomorrow will reveal. Regardless of results over the next week if they beat Celtic next weekend they win it.
