Just been to see this this evening and still drifting between numb, disturbed and a little bit sick. It's powerful enough in its own right, but alongside 'The Act of Killing', Oppenheimer and Cynn's previous documentary about the Indonesian death squads in the late 60s, the effect is deeply uncomfortable and revealing of human nature. By a country mile, the most impressive documentary films I've ever seen.
