Stupid mistake by the police, arrested under wrong law - if they'd done them for mass trespass under 1994 criminal justice act rather than the wrong law, then they would have been in the clear.

I'm more surprised the protesters accepted an out of court settlement - surely if they believe in the cause they would be better off taking it to court and getting the police to admit wrong doing (which in this case they haven't). Money grabbing hippies ๐Ÿ˜‰
