[Closed] The Fall of Singapore - The Great Betrayal (Beeb 2 last night)

Did anyone else watch this - I thought it was one of the most sensational 'new revelations' programmes about WW2 in a long time.

Certain bits may have over-egged the cause and effect of Sempill and Rutland(?)'s actions, but it was pretty daming stuff.

Interesting to see the age-old, 'keep it under your hat and go quietly' tendencies of the governing elite exposed yet again - although I do hope there may have been higher motives for covering this matter up.

I'd be interested to hear anyone else's opinions on this programme.
