I don't know enough to say it's "The best", but this is brilliant and I love it.

EDIT - the same goes for the Donna Summer track.

I have got to appreciate Disco in the last few years, anything with a Bernard Edwards bass line on it.

I'm a huge fan of Disco, always have been and will always be..
I'll add from the very early days this: Instant Funk "Got my mind made up"

You are all welcome to play this LOUD, put your keyboards on hold, pens on the desks and throw some shapes..

Also I'd like to add Musique "Keep on Jumpin" to the list, clearly you need some of this in your life..

At the risk of thread crashing, I'll add this too.. You need to get to the roots of the Disco scene and echo the sounds of the early spartan dance floors of the mid 70's, then encompassing later incarnations of amalgamated bands and producers..

So, Freddie James "Get up and Boogie"

Do love a bit of Donna, and Brothers Johnson, anything by Earth, Wind and Fire in my eyes. Few others into the mix

and finally not sure it's really disco - more soul/funk but easily one of my favourtie songs

Must be some stuff worthwhile from Hot Chocolate or Boney M.
I would have gone for Precious/Eruption "I can't stand the rain" for her lovely long legs all the way up to her in tray. Already been done tho, so I'll settle with presenting this

EDIT: oh, been done also. OK

for disco it has to be slightly 'cheesy' tracks

and this one with music a bit like in one of the Bond films (the one with the large boat that swallows up subs?)
