I noticed it again for the first time this spring on my commute into work.

It's arrived as a subtle, barely-perceptible, orangey-golden, almost 'translucent' quality to early spring sunlight. Often in the morning or evening time.

So pleased to see it again. Last year it seemed to fill the whole of April for me. It's almost like wearing a nearly clear, but ever-so-slightly golden tinted lens in set of Oakleys.

Later on last April it appeared to develop a greeny hue too.

Must be something to do with the... Oh who cares.. it's just beautiful.. ๐Ÿ˜€

If I were to assign a hue, I think I'd use the word "grey"

Those at other more-hardened latitudes might see this come June.. ๐Ÿ˜€

This is the best time of year for riding imo - everything is improving.
The trails are dry, but clear of bracken, brambles, nettles, midges, walkers, etc.

Early-mid Autumn is next best.

Get down to the coast around 7pm, beautiful light for photos. Or just for looking with your eyes, of course.
