I feel I should say a public thank you to iDave. Thanks to his eating plan I have lost 10lbs since Jan 1. I hope the remaining 8lbs are as easy to shift in Feb.

No hidden agenda, no nasty comments, just a genuine thank you.

I have been following the diet for the same period of time as you Bianchi Boy, i have lost 6-7lbs. really good diet, more consistent energy throughout the day, and feel tighter and faster already. 🙂

I feel pretty much the same as you. Not only pleased about the weightloss but also happy I am no longer having to live with spikes and dips in blood/sugar levels.

I think I'll go with iDave as there is lots of positive feedback and to be honest I don't think TheArtist knows what he's talking about. I can't see how drinking so much can be healthy in anyone's book, all looks a bit dodgy to me.

Im by no means doing th eeidave thing, but i have changed to a Low GI diet and am trying as hard as i can to cut out Sugar. After 40 years i now realise just how bad it really is for you.

Since Jan 5th lost 6 lbs
