.......trying not to get solicitors involved but having some heated discussions about pensions. Apparently the ex is entitled to half my pension... and me half of hers.... but the difference is about £20K (in her favour) .
Both pensions were started after we got married - about half was "accumulated" in Scotland and half down south ... if that makes a difference.
No kids involved (thankfully).
