Fellow tall chaps - particularly those not sartorially challenged.
Lewins have started doing their Windsor slim fit shirts in big sizes with long sleeves. I got their 17.5 collar 38 sleeve version this week - never had a shirt fit this (non-average) frame so well. I used to get their 'normal' Windsor with the 38 sleeves as nobody else makes them this long, but there was enough cloth for a mini-me underneath! Reet cheap at the moment:

I am a big Lewins fan, but their website is utter toss to navigate.
Not really. Punch in your collar size and sleeve length down the LHS and see what they have. Other refinements in their search engine (fit etc) narrow things down a bit. It was worse, but a bit easier now.
I'd have thought you had your clothes made by illegal immigrant artisans who you kept in containers down on the docks!
Thomas pink work well for me, as does next online suprisingly, they do some nice long trousers too.
I'm not particularly tall, but do have gibbon arms and have found Reiss quite good on the past.
